This depends on the role. Our contact centres are open at the weekend for our customers so there is usually one Saturday a month for roles like that to do. The teams in our contact centres work very closely together and if there is a Saturday that a team member really needs to not be working on then they're usually able to swap with their team colleagues.
Non contact centre roles do not work on Saturdays.
