What are the hours like? and are weekend a included?
This depends on the role. Our contact centres are open at the weekend for our customers so there is usually one Saturday a month for roles like that to do. The teams in our contact centres work very closely together and if there is a Saturday that a team member really needs to not be working on then they're usually able to swap with their team colleagues. Non contact centre roles do not work on Saturdays.Asked 14 November 2018

Does AXA allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?
It depends on the role. There are fixed working patterns for some of our contact centres but with advance notice these are often swapped between team members if needed. Our non contact centre roles have more flexibility and this is managed on a case by case basis between the employee and their managerAsked 13 November 2018
