The work is ok but the shift are a bit difficult. The pay is similar to other company but its low for the amount of stress given by controllers and duty is fixed.

Very good staff and managers routes and the best relax duty’s nice break controllers are treating in a good way if any problem you can always approach duty manager

Relaxed Company

It's a relaxed Company but we are the least paid in London, manager are never available to talk to you, at the depot all drivers are as a family, it's a good company if you're a beginner once you're experienced driver leave it.

Easy life

I worked here for approximately 18 months and it was such an easy job. All the managers were very friendly and the other drivers all speak to you and get on really well. I find if you just do the job you’re asked to do and just do it properly, you will have a really easy life. You can earn lots of money by putting in the work in this job or just enjoy your personal time and get your base rate, it’s literally up to you.

Not a nice place to work

Management do not care about their staff full stop and they speak to drivers with attitude, the morale is low, the pay is low its just not a place I would recommend anybody to work.... When you work for Abellio you don't work to live... You live to work... You have been warned

Nice place to work,I enjoy working for Abellio and recommend to everyone to enjoy our team.Good team to work with.Working hours fine, overtime available, progress if you interested.,The company provides training if you want.Work pension scheme and other benefits from company, voucher and other discounts available in many stores.

as they occasionaly do its always the drivers fault,not enough rest between shifts causes fatigue which leads to things going wrong.just a backward way of rostering duties,long duties short breaks

i enjoyed my work at Abellio as a Bus Driver. I liked the interaction with the public and I feel I was good at helping people. However the shifts were difficult at times, because of long working hours.

It is to much stress beeing a bus driver. Requured too much atention every time inside and around the bus.Specialy this company has a very poor qualified management and a very poor understending for the employers needs.Low rates of pays for the long hours that a bus driver should deal with in other to make a living .
