Hours are flexible you just chat to your manager and they will look at what they can give you.
Great flexibility.
Awful. Either they can't give you a decent day and are cutting your hours left, right and centre or their threatening you for not wanting to do 15 hour shifts, whenever they are short - which is often as so many people leave this awful company.
Either all or nothing. Cram pack rotas, mostly back to back calls
Sporadic, Not consistant
