The pay is horrible and you only get 20 days off in a year
18 days holiday due to 4 on 4 off rotation
Its hard to find someone who is able to book holidays, and if you have a sick father and need time off to go to hospital, the manager at Westquay Glenn doesn't answer the phone machine, this machine until recently still said welcome to GBM...cant even change the message.
They don't offer u any benefits
