OkSome sites are OK to work at, like most big companies depends where you end up, and who is in charge. Many sites understaffed which means more more for everyone and more people leaving, a viscous circle!

Always seen as lazy skivers, no matter how hard you work.No flexibiity at all for needing time off, no positive reinforcement from manager only criticism. Booking hoidays is a lottery. No respect whatsoever from management.Colleagues leaving constantly due to terrible management. Shortages of staff so have to do their work but still get grief as all work cant feasibly be done. No credit given for hard work while understaffed. Manager who appears fearing your manager is a good philosophy. I could continue.

Short Staff, Management don't careWorking for ABM is not for the faint hearted, the workplace is always short staff and the managers expect you to cover for all of the missing staff on your own, and still require you to keep the standards to the level as if you had a full team. Failing to do this will result in you getting pulled into the managers office for a 1 on 1 about how you're not keeping the company standards up and how you need to improve. All the staff talk about each other behind each others backs and insult and try to get each other into bother and fired.
Car Park Attendant in Livingston

If you get a job here you will want to leave within a couple weeksWarning signs from the first day. Uniform didnt fit despite being measured on site, had no training the first week and the second week I was working on my own and expected to know the job inside and out, the management are unhelpful and frequently verbally abusive, security guards spend more time spying on staff than patrolling the centre
