If you ask for help with mental health you get put on light duties and forgotten about and discriminated against and made to feel even worse then before. They need to support mental health and ask the staff how they can help and not just throw them out into occupational health and doctors to be medicated. 90% of employees will tell you why their miserable it’s the last minute knowing what shift your on the day before and never knowing where your next day off is to plan family life. It’s the lack of training to increase the staffs motivation
