Bartender & Waiter Absurd Bird Restaurant (Soho) in Soho

very fast-paced and demanding
This is was my first job. It was face-paced and demanding but I adapted very quickly, the staff were supportive and helped me when I had any difficulties, the pay was really good, the staff food that they provide is filling and the staff breaks are appropriate and ethical. The job culture is very welcoming and positive, I learnt how to become a bartender whilst working there, I learnt to take notes on customers' diets and allergies. The most enjoyable part of the job was taking the customers' orders, it was nice interacting with people from all different corners of the world with different personalities, glad it was my first job.

busy weekends, nothing to do per week specially per daytime
sometimes they sent me after 3 hours home cause was nothing to do per week so it ends that they gave me shift mostly start at 6 till close, sharing all tips not really fair, supervisors went to smoke every hour everyone else whos smoker cant go so often. Nothing really hard about that job, Not really good coffee training and staff cant even drink customer coffee, shame. If you are friendly and nice with the kitchen staff you get better food if you ask.
