I've done 2 rounds for the "Digital Customer Engagement – Solution Architect" position.
1) Recruiter meet and greet - not an interview, just some info about Accenture and some basic questions about your experience. Overall a relaxed conversation.
2) Skill round - This feel like an interview before you go in, but it really is just a conversation. The SM who interviewed me was good. He explained his role, his day to day work, projects he is leading/working on etc. The questions I was asked were:
a) Why Accenture and why now?
b) Where do you see yourself in 3 years?
c) What is your management and leadership style?
d) One project where you messed up or didn't do well? Use the STAR framework whilst answering.
e) A project where you did well.
f) Your fave and not so fave manager.
g) What will a week look like for you at Accenture?
h) Be prepared to talk about your experience - focus on cloud and what you have done.
i) Take it easy and feel free to talk about some tangential things to connect with the interviewer.
j) Prepare questions about the job and Accenture and ask them - I only got 2 minutes in the end, but I asked the most critical ones.
Overall experience was good and very professional!
Experience, skills, previous experience.
How is your level with excel or if you are good following handbook
Accenture asked all about the applicant's profile. What the applicant's do during their spare time.
