  • I've been wanting to leave since the merge (CMG with Regard) but cant bring myself to do so yet as I love the services I work in and can't imagine not seeing the service users I work with daily.
    Eventually I will reach the point that I cannot take anymore and it will be down to being undervalued, over worked and under paid. Anyone above a home manager role has no understanding for what we do in the services and how hard we work, it's just numbers and money.
