Regional management. Things being covered up
I've been wanting to leave since the merge (CMG with Regard) but cant bring myself to do so yet as I love the services I work in and can't imagine not seeing the service users I work with daily.
Eventually I will reach the point that I cannot take anymore and it will be down to being undervalued, over worked and under paid. Anyone above a home manager role has no understanding for what we do in the services and how hard we work, it's just numbers and money.
Management favouritism of staff members and wouldn’t listen to others pushing members of the good staff out of the company
Creaming hours from.SUs money to cut staff hours and not giving a heck about SUs choice or independence
Stress from constantly being understaffed daily and doing several peoples jobs.
Closure of the home I work in
