Answered 19 January 2021Be honest and open, try to be yourself and relax. Take your time to answer the questions and ask your own questions too! Please be upfront about your circumstances though, The most frustrating thing when recruiting is someone that says they will do anything and everything (work chriatmas/new years, do all shift patterns etc...) then when they start work being told they only want these shifts, cant work sundays, wont work christmas.
Answered 19 November 2020Our questions are scenario and competency based: if you have experience in working within a social care setting you will be familiar with the topics discussed at interview. For those that are new to the profession, itβs useful to consider your transferrable skills and base your responses on a respective or personal understanding of the topics presented. Interview response scoring includes measurement against our company values, so take look at these in advance here: https://www.achievetogether.co.uk/about/our-values/
