What would you suggest Achieve together management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Stop covering and turning a blind eye to the concerns that staff have

  • Stop hiring new managers who bully and make reliable dedicated staff who have been at the service years feel they need to leave their posts due to being pushed out by their new managers. Managers who have been in the service for 5 mins and dont take time to get to know their service users before making decisions towards their care to me this is not person centred care.

  • Make it a professional place to work not a physical version of tinder.

  • For the job staff have to do the money is shocking

  • Get rid of management. Bring new managers in who are people friendly and no how to interact with their staff. The huge problem we have with staff leaving is all to do with management and lack of support that the staff receive.

  • I would expect the company to act on serious concerns that staff have and not to brush them under the table.

  • Pay staff well, value staff, Respect staff. Promote equal opportunities, staff incentives.

  • Staff cannot survive on what they pay, the name 'achieve together' is a joke. Only the company achieves. Always short staff, they get rid of staff in a split second. It's like a pressure cooker mentality. No regard for staff. The manager does not support staff.She is not a people person.
