Awful experience

Very pressured, stressful environment, management trying to micromanage everyone.Price point of products high therefore not easy to sell.Targets also very high.

The brand is gorgeous. They are truly market leaders in niche fragrance. Training at Head Office is always amazing and thoroughly informative at which you always receive generous gifts from the range. They do champion staff that do well with different prizes and there are incentives on top of commission throughout the year. However KPI's and targets are competitive and sometimes a little out of reach. Commission structure is industry standard. Salary on the other hand is very low- much lower than other competitor brands. Masses of paperwork involved that you need to do in your personal time. No room for progression Tiny salary increases per year if any. Long working hours. A lot of standing. A huge amount of work for very little renumeration. Lots of pressure if in positive growth.

Worked there for 6 months after being asked by the owners? and leaving a full time job. Made redundant with only 1 weeks notice, I would not recommend working for this company. Rubbish.

Good place for work experience and self development

Good Company. One of the leaders in luxury niche fragrance industry. A lot of freedom to expose knowledge and business skills. High working ethics and culture provided by company` office. Amazing trainings and very generous in gifting.
