Good company, unfortunately not do great management, specially the staff in charge of allocating shifts, they can became really patronising and disrespectful at times

Lack of communication, poor pay rates that went down from being extremely high to almost nothing, assure you they are getting shifts in your area and then most the time cancel you. I have not had a shift for weeks and other carers I know have to travel 3 hours for a £12 shift. Charge you extra costs on your payslip through the payroll that they use.

Good agency to work for, payment to begin with was through an umbrella company which was awful, got switched over to have payment through Acton Banks which was so much better, wish I still work for them now.
