Team managers have one to one reviews every so often to chat about how your getting on and feeling about your performance. It's a chance to speak openly and get constructive criticism from your team managers , Which helps guide you in the job and other positions you may like to apply for within the company.
Once you pass probation thats it
As and when they feel like it. No pay rise in 4 years!
Once a year this happens, usually in November so by the time January/February comes there is a pay review.
I am not sure, there were none in the 16 months I worked there
