Increase day pay as an incentive for staff who have worked there for over a year. This would show there apricieted .

Stop bringing in Exeternal people to 'manage' and look after the people you have and encourage development and promotions within!
Keep the morale up and take in what staff actually have to say. A lot of the time it seems that we get asked questions and nothing really gets done about it. My manager is amazing though, he continues to try and get the morale up even if he is in different places throughout the week, when he is in office you can feel everyone being a bit more relaxed.
Acknowledge the high turn over and unhappy staff
Ensure night staff were trewated same as day staff
