Weekly, but pay can be dodgy. Make sure you keep a track of when you worked, and also ensure the people at your workplace acknowledged your existence that day, or you may not be paid.Then again if you're a bit of a battleaxe, just keep screaming at them and they'll give you a wage just to shut up.

Depends what you're going for. Entry-level factory work has an induction, rather than an interview. Most folk'll turn up in trackies and trainers. I looked very out of place with a tidy shirt and jeans. I'm surprised I wasn't taken out back and beaten.

They would hire anyone even wearing in a bin liner, your a number and can be gotten rid off as such, so it doesn’t matter, I got the job before even sitting down.

Well the job was an absolute laugh so I was pretty happy about going. There was no pressure at all and most people got along. I was always kinda concerned about one of the agency colleagues who had a rather serious criminal record, but although he had the attitude to match that record, I never had any trouble from him.

Stop hiring people with serious criminal records. Also if anyone is reported for bad attitude, they would be fired on the spot. If you let them get away with it even just once, they pretty much rule the whole roost.
