Pre-employment checks are a crucial part of the recruitment process here at Adecco. There are necessary checks we must make to comply with the law such as right to work, criminal record and more. Typically, a background check should take between 2 - 5 business days. However, each individual's history is different and factors can prolong this timeframe.
Five monthly DNA tests before work position commences; retina scans; internal organ inspections; regular unannounced home inspections. Each one takes varying amounts of time, but the overall timescale is five months. The home inspections continue indefinitely, even after employment.
