Easy just be yourself and research the company before attending.
Depends what you're going for. Entry-level factory work has an induction, rather than an interview. Most folk'll turn up in trackies and trainers. I looked very out of place with a tidy shirt and jeans. I'm surprised I wasn't taken out back and beaten.
If you mean to the actual agency, its not an interview. They just sign you up with them. The assignments they get you sometimes have separate interviews with the companies
The interview process was a good process but since working there you find if the team leader does not like you at the interview then they dont employ you
Quick chat
For temp and permanent position the interviews are not stressful.
Interview and a test.
Had a general chat, not interview, brought my ID as requested and told the interviewer so but he wasn't interested in taking any of it yet he should have done to update information already held about me then we would have known that my bank details were incorrect, doubt that would have made a difference though.
