Agencies have a 0 hour contract and get paid less which is very unfair as to permanent workers gets more when they work a 48 hours a week. Us agency employees do all the hard work and should get paid more than the permanent workers, all they do is stand around and fix a machine whilst we do all the handling and rotating.
