Treated like dogs. Safety boots that dig into your feet and make the shift seem like an eternity. Micro management. Always have eyes on you. Tedious monotonous work

It is a much better agency compared to other agencies in Essex. They always send notifications of works available in Essex through emails, sms and they even use social media to update us with the available shifts. I was a bit afraid that the employer would be not so good but it was actually OK. I started in Oct 2023 and things are actually going OK. Only problem is maybe it shoyld be shorter shift's.then also I don't think that it will be for that Long.The nights are the best shift ad you get paid more.

Wanting high salary work but pay as little as possible, make one mistake and your gone as your just a number to them, only intrested in pleasing the client and not employee wellbeing.

Fast paced, only get a break when you’re on your break other than that you’re on your feet all day. Pay should be more £300 a week doesn’t get you anything these days. Intense and fast paced.
