Credit Controller (Former Employee) - Birmingham, West Midlands - 22 November 2019
Used a dialler system that was different which I hadn't come across in a Credit Controller role before. Feed through the calls quickly which helped very much with the speed and pace of the role.

Left 2015 after 5 years
Team Leader (Former Employee) - Birmingham, West Midlands - 13 May 2019
After leaving I have a better comparative and looking back Adecco was a good place to work. Managers drive the teams to get work done but with a fun element rewarding employees with team get together s and your inspired and motivated to be the best you can be. As long as you have a will to succeed Adecco can help you achieve your goals. I don’t regret leaving as I have learnt new skills but Adecco is the the only workplace I miss working for.
Pros
Good Structure and support
Cons
Parking

fun and productive
Packer/Picker (Former Employee) - Birmingham - 15 February 2019
I learn how the packing of the packages was done.
The hardest part of the job was the long hours and making sure everything was done on time.
Management was helpful.
The most enjoyable part was when you are working with your friends and new people you wouldn't think you get on well with.
Pros
working with friends
Cons
long hours

Do not work for adecco
Finance Administrator (Former Employee) - Birmingham, West Midlands - 10 February 2018
worst company I have ever worked for.
Staff are pathetic and school like.
Constant competitiveness between departments.
Management can't tell there elbows from there back side.
One rule for one and one for another.
No consistent rules across the departments.
No patience or compassion for employees who are generally sick.
Salary rate is disgusting for what you are made to do.
Payments are constantly late or incorrect
No such thing as team work.
I do not advise working for adecco directly or any adecco agency they are an embarrassment and you will be let down.
Best part of working for adecco is the day I left.

Very Busy environment with scope for advancement
Manager (Current Employee) - Birmingham Business Park - 5 June 2017
I manage an extremely hardworking team who are successful in meeting targets. The work life balance for a manager is not so great as you are expected to do unpaid overtime. However the people are lovely, the staff benefits numerous which adds a balance.
Pros
Great benefits
Cons
long hours

Salaries Are Low and Staff Are Cramped in the Office Space
Client Billing Analyst (Former Employee) - Birmingham Business Park - 29 January 2017
I only worked at Adecco for about nine months, workload was very high and the team leaders was not interested in supporting staff. There was a lot of young people working there, I was one of the oldest as I was in my forties. Office space at Birmingham Business Park was very cramped and the layout of desks reminded me of a battery farm (i.e in rows and rows and rows).
