yeah its alright. work is work. I got paid weekly which was nice. If you have issues theyre not always the easiest to get hold of so bear that in mind.

I've worked on and off for Adecco for nearly 10 years. They make you feel like you are not just a number and always go out of their way to get you great employment assignments. I've tried others but I always come back to Adecco.

I enjoy my job with Adecco but...

Telephone Operator (Current Employee) - Liverpool - 21 October 2022

Only downside is the way holiday entitlement is accrued. You have to accrue each holiday and I have just had a week's holiday with no pay because the holiday year starts 1st October and my leave was 1st Oct, so to take a week's holiday you have to have worked 9 weeks meaning there is no holiday leave before 1st week in Dec

Awful workplace

Adecco promised much and delivered little. Management totally unsupportive of staff and their needs, filthy workplace and lousy transport links. Training completely inappropriate to actual job.

Terrible pay, long hard hours

The pa is terrible to be honest £307 a week to be a counsellor, a 'virtual'punch bag, to be worked hours upon hours and litrelly have no room to progress or work your way up. Very unreliable not really assured whether you will be kept on told you will recieve a minimum 6 month contract only for that to be split into 2 3 month contracts to avoid any sort of pay rise. Bad management nearly the whole company is run by 20 year olds in a nut shell

nice place to work

good place to work, office staff are friendly and try there best to find you work, I have a strong work ethnic with every job I have been offered on a temporary basis I tried to do my best. as a result I had been repeatedly requested to work for numerous clients at different locations . could pay more then the minimum wage though as some of the jobs request you to work only 4 hrs in which you can spend half of that time traveling to the site, and a hours wage on a bus pass.
