Have been contracting with Adecco for over a year now and if i could give a zero score i would. The worst agency I have had to deal with, incompetent, poor communicators, inflexible. Absolutely hopeless.

Disappointing experience

Desgraciadamente corren a los técnicos si hacer una investigación profunda se nos culpa por lo quw hacen los supervisores en conjunto con gente a la que le pagan por robar yo sufrí acoso sexual y por parte de ramon coronel y no me hicieron caso al contrario le siguieron dando chance a el u a Tania de seguir robando hasta después los corrieron pero mientras la gente como yo nos quedamos sin trabajo u sin otra oportunidad para regresar a laborar con ellos.que mal.

Great role for someone looking to try something diffferent

Was able to explore a new company whilst having to opportunity to discuss permanent work contracts as the business you temp in. All off this while earning money. Wage could be a bit better, however it is decent for temp agency work.

Not sure as a company overall, but the team I was at... it taught me basically how badly the team can run. They keep doing "Re-structure" and lay off 10 people easily, due to budgeting or for the improvements etc, all fail under, because they don't have any fundamentals, and they don't understand it. the thing is, they lay off people due to 're-structure' which they do every 3 months, but they do not even re-hire accordingly as the new structure presented, which looks like a primary school presentation with spell errors. it's a complete disgrace. Quite outdated company as well, not much of new technology is there at all. they seem to cut people off whenever they want, on adhoc basis. there definitely was a bit of unconscious favouritism. they say re-structure but end up not actually "re-structuring" as people leave due to motivational issue, which is an after effect and is not rocket science to realise those things but they don't, therefore they are in the loop hole, bad cycle and its business model. No probational review, I passed by luck., it's just that people kept changing that no one knew what my role was, so I realised that my position was floating in the air. Everyone gossiping about each other, senior managers moaning that they want to quit in front of Jr members. it just made me very out of place, none of management had the actual 'team spirit', but acted as if they do, only in team emails. I've asked HR about this redundancy and even HR says "it's the nature of our industry'. Sickness not monitored etc. Quite a sad place to work, if you are motivated. I was hired -

Productive, but not fun. Problems with holiday-money

You must be very attentive with this agency. They can propose you good, long-term job, payments will be payed in time and you will receive payslips weekly ( by post). But there will be problems with your holidays. You will never know the exact number of days and exact sum of money for your holidays. They will tell you approximately and you will have to believe. Often there will remain unused holiday money, which is not transferable for the next year. You will know nothing about that your money... I loved their proposed jobs at the "L'Occitane" warehouse in Beckton (though there could be days without job) and at the "Tate's and Lyle's Sugar Factory" in West Silvertown. Go, and you might like it, too!

It was a lot of paperwork for a one day job but once it's in the system I can do some jobs for them easily after. Staff were friendly, very easy, simple, felt a little like self employed even tho it wasn't.
