Very poor place to work
Picker/Packer (Current Employee) - Beaumont Leys - 4 April 2023
Agencies have a 0 hour contract and get paid less which is very unfair as to permanent workers gets more when they work a 48 hours a week. Us agency employees do all the hard work and should get paid more than the permanent workers, all they do is stand around and fix a machine whilst we do all the handling and rotating. Permanent workers also thinks it’s okay to take longer breaks ! And co ordinators have favourites and choose which agency people should get more work.

A very very friendly place to work
Picker/Packer (Former Employee) - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire - 14 December 2020
put items into black totes and put onto line. The hardest part of the job was pushing the trolley around trying to make the time! Packing the boxes and envelopes and putting onto line and taping up. I enjoyed both jobs I did there.
Pros
a fast paced exciting job

Jobs at Adecco
Packer positionsfun and productive
Packer/Picker (Former Employee) - Birmingham - 15 February 2019
I learn how the packing of the packages was done.
The hardest part of the job was the long hours and making sure everything was done on time.
Management was helpful.
The most enjoyable part was when you are working with your friends and new people you wouldn't think you get on well with.
Pros
working with friends
Cons
long hours

The worst company.
Packer (Former Employee) - Doncaster, South Yorkshire - 1 February 2019
Adecco is amazing frauds. They don't respond people and yourself. I worked at amazon from adecco and I had perfect attendance and perfect score. I did 120 percent. People said that they fire people without the reason but I didn't believe in it. And you know it is true. The fire people without the reason. When I heard that I came to them and asked about it. They told me " You are fine. We are happy. We will continue your contract." And what happened today - surprise. They fired me. I came to the shift manager to ask new boots and she said me "Of course. I will do request, just wait." After she came and gave me a letter thst I fired because it is no work. They don't respect people they don't respect theirselves. They violate human rights. They fire all people not only immigrants. If British are sure that they will not tuch them. No. They will. They fired everyone. Don't go to them.
Pros
Amazon
Cons
Full time

Horrible
Packer (Current Employee) - Swansea, Swansea - 26 November 2018
One person from Adecco telling me not to come to overtime and then next day another one phoning me to ask me why I'm not at work, make your mind up If I meant to come in or not.
Pros
Work (packing) not as boring as picking
Cons
Short lunch due to clocking out with big cue, Car park far away for green badges, Bad teamwork from staff. Compulsory overtimes (bigger tax)
