Not bad
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Norfolk - 20 June 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGenerally they treat you well but pay you very poorly in comparison to similar level roles at other companies. They could improve on their staff development programs too as they were also few and far between

Less but not least
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Doncaster - 3 September 2019
Working for Adecco is like working for noone. You work with yourself and by yourself. No tarinig, no management only numbers are in question. Payroll is pretty poor, mistakes are happening every week when employees needed payments and payslips.

Management get away with murder. Lot's of things go under the radar to protect their branch. Very competitive, unhealthy atmosphere to work in. Would avoid.

A looks orientated industry
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 15 May 2018
If you wish to have your appearance scrutinized as though it were a KPI, then this is the sector for you.
You will be pressured to follow diets, so you fit with the aesthetic. Not a good representation of the diverse labour market we are encouraged to recruit for
Pros
commission. (if you're granted it)
Cons
No work life balance, terrible anxiety and bi-polar management

The colleagues that I worked along side were extremely helpful as and when needed and also made it more of a relaxed and fun environment.
if I ever had the opportunity to work for Adecco again I would take, and every other opportunity that they had to offer.
Pros
excellent work life balance and also amazing colleagues to work along side
Cons
some extremely difficult customers that had to be dealt with on a day to day basis

Job description
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Luton, Bedfordshire - 29 December 2016
I have been a recruiter, on a daily basis, hiring people for warehouse operative job for the biggest online retail giant: Amazon. As I deal with such a wide variety of candidates from all over the world. My job involved English language testing and screening and photocopying different types of documentations such as: foreign passports and ID cards as well as proof of national insurance and proof of address. Every morning, myself and my team we followed a 6-stage registration process. Firstly, we take documents from the candidates and carry out language testing and present them with their application pack for them to fill in. We then carry out a power-point presentation about Amazon to the candidates and then proceed to interviewing the candidates one by one and then we put them forward for a drug and alcohol test. Lastly we check their application form, take a photograph of the candidates and offer and match them to an appropriate shift. In the afternoon, my role involves advertising the jobs through job boards, social media, etc. My target is to resource the candidates and book them in to then take them through this process.
Pros
Good pay-rate, Nice enviroment
Cons
Temporary contracts only
