Nice work place only thing is it gets hectic and managers can be a pain

Fast paced, only get a break when you’re on your break other than that you’re on your feet all day. Pay should be more £300 a week doesn’t get you anything these days. Intense and fast paced.

Great company to work for

Adecco is a great company to work for in suffolk, always helpfull and always have work available, free lunches at some work places . Fast paced factory picking and packing music books , and gifts , always something to do unless the orders are slow coming through, then your asked to clean the warehouse sweep ,clean if there's no orders to pick and pack

Unpredictable hours

The job can be repetitive but can be enjoyable. For the production operative you are tasked to do a certain thing for quiet a bit. Although can be enjoyable

Worked for Adecco at an Amazon Warehouse in Rugeley. Speaking solely on the Agency side of things, I never had any issues with being paid and the interview period was fairly prompt.

Administrative flaws

I regret working with this agency, professionalism fall below zero, their team at the location was so poor that their information dissemination was so porous, their administration team need total overhauling. I will never recommend my enemy to work for this location.

Night shifts were hard to get to and from work. Managers on the shop floor micromanage and the break times were short. Depending on who was responsible for that day, you could be working for 6 hours straight with no break.

The staff are friendly although how they treat isn’t the case😡

Was working for Adecco for only a week with scope. I had a safeguarding course the week after and I said 2 words which led to dismissal which came without warning. I feel as it was just an excuse to get rid of me. Would not recommend to anyone😡

Poor, lacking work

Not enough work offered and you have to keep ringing them to see if any jobs have come in, so you can be sent out. They also deceive you with the pay, advertising it as more but in actual fact is minimum wage. They also don’t inform you of the policies you would have to adhere to at the places they send you to, making you look silly when you turn up for the interview.

Productive and fair working place.

I worked at Christmas time in Amazon ware house in Bath. Payment is on time and salary is high. Supervisors and help desk are in ware house and always find time for you. Co workers are very nice. Specially Scottish Co workers are very helpful.

Amazon so it was busy

Adecco were recruiting for amazon at the time so it was a busy environment, was overall good, some managers were abit stuck up their own back sides and loved power

terrible

just dont care about their staff at all, everyone is expendable and they take forever to process even simple requests. They have a habit of ignoring issues that are complex and passing it about to other staff who do the same.

Nice and chilled

Best place I've ever worked TBH people are nice mostly not a bad place at all don't ever work at THG for monsure long term where I work now is great management are really nice we are a family no complaints at all .

Good pay but got injured at work leading to me having to leave

Pay was good but long hours in dirty conditions. Was injured due to the repetitive work which after almost a year still has little improvement even after having to leave due to that injury

Good job, enjoy time there but lack of hours after peak time

I have enjoyed my time at adecco, learnt all areas of warehouse. Good team to work with/for. They celebrate lots of special holidays for every culture which is great to learn from.

Fun, but real lack of communication

Temp contract, but lack of communication from Addeco office. Having to wait till after 3pm to know if there was work the following day isn’t very helpful.

Unprofessional, unfair, promoting policies not transparent

Sheffield site is very poorly organised, it's a chaotic environment, especially on the nightshift. Management is corrupted and lies about promoting policy, HR manager chose a friend of theirs for a higher paid position while I was there. Their career advancement scheme for leadership positions doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Communication is poor and not transparent, and you have no such thing as job security. They usually ask for a lot of flexibility from you and shifts are changed very often.
