Supportive management

Not being paid the correct hourly rate you were promised and ir sent to toxic placements that most temps refuse t work for What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Toxic, lack of communication, lack of integrity and full of liars What is a typical day like for you at the company? Absolutely rubbish, never work for them again

Good place to work.management is good but supervisors are very rude.nice cafeteria and nice people to work around.Payment is bit low and overtime pay when i worked there don’t know how is now

Very disappointed they treat employees like crappie and give them no chance and they dismiss employees their trainings are very poor they just throw you under bus by offering you support then dismissing you without giving any support or counseling theyr unfair and their training sucks

Positive Work Environment: The workplace provided a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The colleagues and team members were friendly, which created a supportive and collaborative environment. Professional Growth Opportunities: During my time at the company, I had the chance to develop my skills and gain valuable experience in my role. The company was open to employees taking on new challenges and responsibilities. Company Culture: The company had a positive and inclusive company culture that fostered teamwork and encouraged employees to share ideas and feedback. Workplace Amenities: The office had good facilities and amenities that made the work environment comfortable and convenient. Cons: Long Hours: One of the challenges I faced in this role was the long working hours. It often required extra time and effort to meet deadlines and complete tasks.Lack of Time Management Tools: There was a noticeable absence of effective time management tools or systems, which made it difficult to track and manage workload efficiently. Break Management: The management of breaks was not ideal. There were instances where it was challenging to take adequate breaks or find a suitable time to relax during the workday. Compensation: The compensation package was not competitive compared to industry standards. It did not adequately reflect the level of commitment and effort required for the role.

The agency is soo bad. Holidays are a joke. No one helps they hire you but it takes months. They dont pay you correctly and then dont correctly the pay when theyve paid you wrong. AVOID

Avoid at all costs!
Customer Service Assistant (Former Employee) - South Western Railway - 8 August 2023
Signed up to them as the agency I previously worked for lost the contract at my location to them. We were promised the same hourly rate and that didn't happen with a loss of £2 per hour. We were expected to travel to locations that were unachievable within minimum rest requirements or without a hotel at short notice on minimum wage. You can't claim it back.Breaks were 20 minutes including the time you took to walk to rest area, thankfully the management at the locations tended to let you take longer breaks in line with their companies rules. Training was provided by other agency staff, so it's easy to trained completely wrong. This is just what I saw.

The best environment

I loved this job so much but unfortunately I couldn’t afford to stay. Management are very supportive and open at all levels. Work life balance is amazing.

Productive and supportive workplacw

It is without a doubt one of the best places I have ever worked. The management are understanding, supportive and helpful. Everybody collaboratively works together and the opportunity to work hybrid offers you great work-life balance. This workplace is full of opportunity if you have ambition.

yeah its alright. work is work. I got paid weekly which was nice. If you have issues theyre not always the easiest to get hold of so bear that in mind.

Stressful and worst managers

No respect for employees even though working over time for 2 to 3 hours every day. Managers overload employees with work and expect employees to work overtime every day and do not care about employees.

Administrative flaws

I regret working with this agency, professionalism fall below zero, their team at the location was so poor that their information dissemination was so porous, their administration team need total overhauling. I will never recommend my enemy to work for this location.

Disappointing experience

good team, unrealistic expectations

Workplace culture nonexistent

They expect loyalty and availability, but don't offer regular work in return. Poorly managed, rife with favouritism. If you are friends with supervisor you will get plenty of work, even if you're useless, if you're not you will get cancellations for no reason. Hard-working, valuable people often get overlooked and even penalised for the benefit of workers that have relationships that are inappropriate at work.
