What is the best part of working at the company?They are very professional, very polite Thursday. Help you with your application forms. They are one company that really encourages you to work. I look for the benefit in the company as well as Indian employee.I will always recommend them to friends and families. The only thing I would ask them to implement is Implement payment for the bank holidays. Apart from that, I find nothing stressed for with the way a decade runs its business.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I find it very friendly, very family orientated. Working together as a team plus a Multiculture and a family based company.What is a typical day like for you at the company?They are always helpful in times of need and if you have a problem they will always try and sort it out for you.

You get less money for being on holiday. You can never do enough for the company, yet they offer little in return

Good place to work but not recommend work 0 hour contract

its a safe and huge space to work, nice people around there, sometimes a bit challenging routing shifts but if you are a hardworker, worth it. 12 hours shift usually are easier than 8 hours!

Can provide work bit very limited shifts

The good thing about working here is you're never forced to follow a fixed schedule of work with part time hours, instead you can pick shifts on any day of the week you'd like and how many you'd like. Nowadays however it seems that the amount of shifts you can get are very limited per week as opposed to how it was a year or two ago. So I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to feed your family as a flex but if you wanted to be core then you would have to follow a 4on 4off schedule which is fine if it works for you.

Very disappointed they treat employees like crappie and give them no chance and they dismiss employees their trainings are very poor they just throw you under bus by offering you support then dismissing you without giving any support or counseling theyr unfair and their training sucks

I was a bit afraid that the employer would be not so good but it was actually OK. I started in Oct 2023 and things are actually going OK. Only problem is maybe it shoyld be shorter shift's.then also I don't think that it will be for that Long.The nights are the best shift ad you get paid more.

What is the best part of working at the company?Good company to work for, I never had any problems with them, Great employer to employee communication. Paid on time, and they listen. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?No stress.... because this is an agency you are able to state when and where you would like to work. Jobs are always available. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?With agency work you may work with different people at times, on the whole I worked with some lovely people from all different backgrounds. What is a typical day like for you at the company?No day is the same as you may be in different locations or you may be in one location for days or weeks, depending on the contact the company has.
