Good for work experience

Customer Service Advisor (Current Employee) - Remote - 23 September 2023

Working with Addecco saved me, as not many others were willing to take in somebody with little to no experience. Had consistent back to back jobs with them, though I know this won't be consistent, and it's definitely not a reliable form of income. But it's great for getting some work experience under your belt, while not necessarily being something I see myself doing long term.

Got back to me within a days after apply for CSR role. Quick 10min interview on the phone and was given a start date there and then. Contracted to work for Serco, so don't recieve much correspondence from Adecco but their care team are really friendly

A regular customer service role. Good manager and colleagues. Contracts 3 mobths to 9 months sometimes. Contracts may end quite suddenly depending on the campaign

Repetitive work but flexible

Opportunity to work from home. Started working in an office but transitioned to home working. Easy interview. Good place to develop your customer service skills.
