Not bad

Generally they treat you well but pay you very poorly in comparison to similar level roles at other companies. They could improve on their staff development programs too as they were also few and far between

Adecco provides a lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, allowing for sufficient rest and refreshment during the workday.

Slightly higher pay would have been desirable, but overall, no significant cons to mention.

It was ok nice people busy environment enjoyed my time there nice perks but low paid, nice office. People worked together. Good hours available and near station

Reasonable

Had one issue upon beginning the job, where documents had not been sent between adecco & client, myself and others on my team were told to immediately log off of the company laptops. Issue was resolved by the next day and had no further issues.

Good company to work for. Constantly updating you with new vacancies and regular contact from staff. Pay was always on time and training provided was very helpful. Felt supported even though the role was working remotely,

Avoid working for Adecco Corporate

Enjoyed the job role as worked directly for Adecco themselves. Learned a lot and worked hard but when my department got cut there was no support. Also no career development opportunities.

Fun workplace

Meet so many nice people clean and well ventilated working environment and have option to work from home 3 days a week. There is also a train station nearby and on-site parking

Productive and supportive workplacw

It is without a doubt one of the best places I have ever worked. The management are understanding, supportive and helpful. Everybody collaboratively works together and the opportunity to work hybrid offers you great work-life balance. This workplace is full of opportunity if you have ambition.

yeah its alright. work is work. I got paid weekly which was nice. If you have issues theyre not always the easiest to get hold of so bear that in mind.

No guarantee for shifts

The pay you get is good but no guarantee for shifts or for job. Working atmosphere is good. People are good. But you maybe suddenly told that you have no shifts tomorrow. Overtime and holiday pay is good.

Good Agency

1 of the better agencies to work for. Never any issues with pay,timesheets or questions which needed dealing with. Always kept informed on change of contracts etc.

I wouldn't recommend

Have been contracting with Adecco for over a year now and if i could give a zero score i would. The worst agency I have had to deal with, incompetent, poor communicators, inflexible. Absolutely hopeless.

Very poor place to work

Agencies have a 0 hour contract and get paid less which is very unfair as to permanent workers gets more when they work a 48 hours a week. Us agency employees do all the hard work and should get paid more than the permanent workers, all they do is stand around and fix a machine whilst we do all the handling and rotating. Permanent workers also thinks it’s okay to take longer breaks ! And co ordinators have favourites and choose which agency people should get more work.

Fast paced. Big Company.

Very good agency for staff are always friendly and they understand if you have problems I would recommended this agency. I worked for them and i would sign up with them again.

Stressful and worst managers

No respect for employees even though working over time for 2 to 3 hours every day. Managers overload employees with work and expect employees to work overtime every day and do not care about employees.

The pay was low compared to other companies who were contracted to complete the same job. job was fine depending on your line manager. Some of the line managers were like dictators.

Administrative flaws

I regret working with this agency, professionalism fall below zero, their team at the location was so poor that their information dissemination was so porous, their administration team need total overhauling. I will never recommend my enemy to work for this location.

Good hours

Accommodating with the hours they provide although pay could have been higher and jobs more varied. Also had some good opportunities to move into permanent positions.
