Stressful and worst managers

Engagement coordinator (Former Employee) - Whitefield - 28 March 2023

No respect for employees even though working over time for 2 to 3 hours every day. Managers overload employees with work and expect employees to work overtime every day and do not care about employees.

The pay was low compared to other companies who were contracted to complete the same job. job was fine depending on your line manager. Some of the line managers were like dictators.

Administrative flaws

I regret working with this agency, professionalism fall below zero, their team at the location was so poor that their information dissemination was so porous, their administration team need total overhauling. I will never recommend my enemy to work for this location.

Good hours

Accommodating with the hours they provide although pay could have been higher and jobs more varied. Also had some good opportunities to move into permanent positions.

Addeco is one of the best workplaces that I have ever worked for as a estalarder because it gives you gifts after every six months , holiday and annual bunus.i recommended that company

Night shifts were hard to get to and from work. Managers on the shop floor micromanage and the break times were short. Depending on who was responsible for that day, you could be working for 6 hours straight with no break.

Easy job

Overall good environment to work in as you are compensated for overtime by shortening the next day's schedule. Didn't had a proper team to work with though.

Disappointing experience

Worst place I’ve ever worked

High pressure targets with no support. Essentially told to lie to potential candidates about there being a job prospect for them just do you can interview them and hit your KPIs. Disgraceful company.

Workplace culture nonexistent

General Operative (Former Employee) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire - 25 February 2023

They expect loyalty and availability, but don't offer regular work in return. Poorly managed, rife with favouritism. If you are friends with supervisor you will get plenty of work, even if you're useless, if you're not you will get cancellations for no reason. Hard-working, valuable people often get overlooked and even penalised for the benefit of workers that have relationships that are inappropriate at work.

Hard and busy but a good job

4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts not too bad really decent pay occasionally have to do something different like cleaning depending on the season but good overall

Was working for Adecco for only a week with scope. I had a safeguarding course the week after and I said 2 words which led to dismissal which came without warning. I feel as it was just an excuse to get rid of me. Would not recommend to anyone😡

Excellent support for associates
