Fun workplace

Soul destroying and degrading
This was the worst job I have ever had and have worked in the sales sector for longer than 8 years. You are targeted on every aspect of your job from sales to compliance to how long you are off the phone. Everything is tracked. The commission is the worst I have ever experienced and for the level of work you have to put in, it is completely inadequate. Not the best
High pressure and they constantly tell you how lucky you are to work there by giving you free fruit and the odd hot chocolate or pizza delivery to make up for the ridiculous pay for the work and hours. What would you say about your employer?
