ADR Network Employee Review
Very helpful and flexible
HGV Class 2 Driver (Current Employee) - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - 28 July 2023
Excellent agency. Plenty of work given out by the girls who are probably under a lot of pressure with client demands. It pays to be flexible with shift times as it will guarantee you plenty of work. The offices in Corby and Peterborough are very good at informing you of shift times the day before and they are always very helpful.
Pros
Consistent work

Less rate than other agencies for the same job
LGV C+E Driver (Former Employee) - Bristol - 27 November 2023
What ever your experience, for the first 3 months of an assignment they take a preparatory payment from your wages. This means around £3 per hour less wages. You don't get this money back. It's to help pay for damage or their insurance costs or something else random at your expense.
Pros
None
Cons
Docked wages for no reason

Bad communication keep away
Class 1 Driver (Current Employee) - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire - 17 November 2023
Within this agency the communication is so bad and nobody seems to care. One person in the office says a thing and if you speak to a different one will be something totally different.

Stressful from day 1
Class 1 Driver (Current Employee) - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - 4 March 2020
They are very nice when they need you. Don’t care about you. Layers. Arrogant. You can’t be sick, they don’t understand that. Shifts jumping from am to pm every day.
Pros
Nothing free
Cons
1 hour travel to work

29 June 2020Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We note that your experience has not been positive. We'd love to try and put that right for you. My name is Dan, and I can be reached on 01582 393535. We do strive hard to give our professional lorry drivers what they need, so i'd love the chance to speak. Best wishes, ADR Network
