Would make a great politicianSince working for ADS Transport I've seen a few changes within the business. Better changes newer vehicles less breakdowns this includes trailers. TRUTH. As I work for this company for a while I have seen the changes within the business for the driver and after talking to other drivers that work for this company I am not alone in the way you're dealt with. If you give 110% you might get paid for 85% of it there is always a reason for not being paid fully it is stated to be a family run business but this is done by one person and the family he wants you to be is to be his son's or daughter's and work for nothing if you could get away with it. If you've got plenty of money saved and you don't need a real wage this is a company to work for there is a few sob stories going around and as the heading says he would make a good politician telling you what he thinks you want to hear and blagging this for as long as he can.

Long hours with little reward.ADS are a small company run by one man and his very young son. The trucks are old, dirty and smell. The boss will promise you the world and always have an excuse not to give you what ever he promised. The wages are no where near 40k. Long days for very little reward. The boss shouts at you for nothing. Trucks always have faults that he expects you to carry on running with. He wont change tyres till there down to the legal minimum. Very hard to get expenses back off him. Was a nightmare from start to finish working at ADS.

Poor companyThe owner of this company doesn't have a clue how to talk to people. Was messed around from day one with this job. Put all the hours in and bent over backwards with little or no reward . No balance between work and family life. Wages poor for hours you work and that's if you get payed on time. Owner doesn't have the time of day for his drivers.
