Was OK to start with, you quickly realise it's worse than the mafia. If your face doesn't fit your screwed and God forbid you get anything wrong with you, there the worst disability employer going. And the micromanagement of teams leaves you feeling de moralised and like your back at school. Over worked and under paid.

It help, but the milage system is unfair and some greatly benefit while others are penalised.
