Wonderful colleagues, hopeless management and culture
Had to leave. But wish I could have stayed. Some wonderful work being done for British agriculture, however senior management unaware of all work being done.

Supportive and inclusive
I started with AHDB a month ago and have been amazed at the level of support I have already received. Inductions were timely and efficient and briefings comprehensive. There seems a good team spirit and a strong work ethos.

Onboarding Experience
Joined 4 weeks ago and I'm glad to have made the move.Management and Team are friendly and supportive.Joining a new company whilst working from home is a new and challenging experience and there is a lot to learn, but with Agile working and Daily Scrum meetings this has helped getting to know the Team and being kept informed. The recruitment process was well structured and conducted in a friendly manner. Initially there was a call with HR followed by two online interviews which consisted of technical and competency based questions related to the role.

Great Place to work
AHDB has a really lovely atmosphere, where all members of staff genuinely care about their role and team. Overall, really enjoyable induction process, making transitioning onto a new team easier. Management are approachable and caring. AHDB have been fantastic, allowing me to begin my role part-time to accommodate for my full-time, post-graduate degree.

* Good communication between all members of staff. ** Management are willing to evaluate new ideas and prepared to incorporate them in to the business. *** Very COVID aware and secure.
