They recruit for a company that gives zero thoughts about you promote you no training given the support manager for your company you’ve been recruited for is mor concerned with using you as a scape goat than actually helping you... if there is a problem simply get rid of you.... there are zero good things to say about this and who they employ for....

Rudeness and unprofessional behaviour from Recruitment Coordinator,Bad boss behaviors lead to poor employee engagement and high turnover. When you have a manager who treats you with respect and has your back, you are more likely to give your best and stay longer in a company but when you have a bad boss, you're much more likely to be disengaged, suffer from anxiety and want to leave.

Good company for Bank Shifts
This is a good company for bank shifts . Area managers are good , some shift leaders /floor managers skills and qualifications are questionable.
10-12 hour shifts
Salaries are paid fortnightly which is good.
Online rota/ clocking in and out app which is convenient.
