Every job has it's ups and downs...I used to work cleaning coaches but after 11pm no security or first me good money paid every on well with drivers...but at the time it went from 3 ppl working then down to 2...then on your own...but lucky for me i only lived 20 minutes away...things have change since I last worked there but I've applied again...

Treat staff fairly , paid holidays, no o hours staff and customers always comes first and no licking up to the big boys to get promoted all same and payments on time warning if not then disaplinary if carried on .
