Enjoyable workplace however they lack communication as the never told me that my job was temp until i started work. Overall though, it is a very nice place to work

AGS they are a good company but problem is Cordant cleaning as they are the main contractor the supervisor they have there is power hungry the staff turnover is too much people get sacked left right and center not worth getting a job there .

Easy earnings and building experience work within the London Underground

It is a great opportunity for getting into work and earning. The working environment is average and fairly adjustable for people who would love to work for the London Underground network. I fund it easy and friendly with supportive team members from AGS and the London Underground staffs. It is an on demand and ongoing job opportunity for the individual who is flexible working within a team as well as work independently.

Don’t bother applying for this job if you have a family life. They are always short staffed, never pay properly, when they mess your wages up you have to wait to the next pay cycle. The job itself was actually alright but AGS made it stressful

They recruit for a company that gives zero thoughts about you promote you no training given the support manager for your company you’ve been recruited for is mor concerned with using you as a scape goat than actually helping you... if there is a problem simply get rid of you.... there are zero good things to say about this and who they employ for....

Rudeness and unprofessional behaviour from Recruitment Coordinator,Bad boss behaviors lead to poor employee engagement and high turnover. When you have a manager who treats you with respect and has your back, you are more likely to give your best and stay longer in a company but when you have a bad boss, you're much more likely to be disengaged, suffer from anxiety and want to leave.

Good company for Bank Shifts

This is a good company for bank shifts . Area managers are good , some shift leaders /floor managers skills and qualifications are questionable. 10-12 hour shifts Salaries are paid fortnightly which is good. Online rota/ clocking in and out app which is convenient.

Rubbish Company avoid like plague at all costs

I have no clue what kind of prize this company might have won, but it's a pretty sure they winner at incorrect and late payment, having unprofessional staff coupled with miscommunication. If you asked about bonuses one of them would be the less than London Living hourly wage in many fields. (ie: Currently its 10,50/hour). All is all like many other agencies they show absolutely zero interest toward their temps' situation and negligently leave much work-related information off. Deleting shifts without reason and forgetting adequately informing their staff about it is very common, but try to replenish the hours is dead as a dodo. So you must be fully aware of having in the eyes of staff a throwable plastic cup and they hold you accordingly. Ironically, they keep advertising certain jobs along the way the employees have been told there are no available shifts.
