Great job with awful atmosphere.
Hard work for some. Hardly any work for others. Pay is less than should be. Union position with 2 pay grades for same roles.... The tools and machinery are older than half the staff there. Off site management are unreliable and untrustworthy.Take a few grand less on another job like some recent leavers decided to do. I doubt this place will be open in 5 years time due to poor management making ...

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians spring to mind.Drivers are just a number and are not respected by management.Great pay and benefits.Like many places now very woke environment.

I worked for Air Products for 12 years.I took redundancy back in June, the pay and conditions are second to none, with 6 weeks holidays. The working day can vary between 3 deliveries to Seven.Some days it’s stressful with a lot of physical, others are easy,There is a lot to learn on the PG Cylinder side of the business Also on the Bulk side as well.This can be stressful for newcomers into th...

Excellent wages but watch out for the back stabbers
Good work life Balance excellent pay and holidays however to many back stabbers and brown noser’s too many woke Lilly livered politically correct box ticking managers on a senior level although there are some decent guys there just not enough of them if you’ve got a set of eyes in your back you will get on fine you will be able to see any knifes coming
