Lineside Quality Engineer in Broughton, Flintshire
on 7 May 2022
Productive, good team work, professional
Even I work on a contract basis, there is good camaraderie and colleagues are helpful. I do not get all the benefits as perment staff, and there is less job security.
Wing engineer in Broughton, Flintshire
on 30 April 2022
Productive and fun!
GreAt place great people, fast pace good starting salary, management not to harsh. Great progression to more higher pod job, gym at the entrance, good holidays
Apprentice Aircraft Fitter in Broughton
on 17 March 2022
Toxic environment
Please avoid apprenticeship scheme if you value your mental health and value your worth.Your voice will not be heard, and when asking for help you will be made to feel small and worthless and will not receive adequate support during the scheme.
Industrial Cleaner in Step change broughton
on 9 March 2022
Not the best place to work .
I worked as a industrial cleaner for a company called c.b.r.e at British aerospace. I would not recommend working for this company as the management have no communication skills . You get treated and looked on as you are nothing more than lackeys . The actual company are so scared they dont dare defend their workers due to fear of losing the contract . So its a case of jump and how high .
Chief Engineering Intern in Filton
on 26 February 2022
World-class product, world-class engineers, poor pay
I was an intern in a chief engineering department. This gave me amazing exposure to projects and customers all over the world. It was difficult to gain any meaningful responsibility but I felt that I was able to make some pretty cool contributions for an intern.Management and technical leadership is top-notch. There's a lot of bureaucracy but that's to be expected at a major aerospace company.
