Great opportunities to build your skill set
If you want the chance to build your skill set within the company, the chances are there. They have a brilliant training program that can be done in work, or at home.

Not a good place to work
I worked there for 10 yrs and was not respected as a person for the hard work.its just all paperwork and disrespectful managers and IS NOT customer focused
Mechanical Technician in Ashington

Poor planning, not everyone is told what’s going on.
The planned maintenance was very poor, most don’t even go with the work. Too general for the equipment, needs to be more organised.SAP was poorly put together and hit and miss if you can log on to add the information. Drop down boxes didn’t cover the work done or work required to be done.Hand over notes between shift was always to best as you could read what actually was done and what happened to repair the break down or the planned maintenance job.

Worst Management
I will keep this simple. This is not a company to join if you have anxiety issues or have suffered stress. Management are not there to help but help their friends only. The culture is based upon who their friends are. I watched people take 2-3 hour lunch breaks and never be taken to task. It really is not a good working culture even though many stay for years.
