Expect alot

No travel time. No support. Exoect you to be able to travel between clients back to back and rush. Issues raised and not delt with. Necer know when your working. Lots of gaps in between customers. Area covered is vast

Please avoid

Pay is great, culture is toxic. No clear structure at the company. Senior management don’t listen when concerns raised. Everything is all smiles but concrete & drastic action is needed to address lack of HR & compliance department. Clear reason why family run companies do not work.

Mixed bag of emotions

No work life balance at all. Great support from the line manager and other team members. Work long hours in order to earn a good wage but no job security at all including no contract
