No travel time. No support. Exoect you to be able to travel between clients back to back and rush. Issues raised and not delt with. Necer know when your working. Lots of gaps in between customers. Area covered is vast

Toxic

Very toxic environment. Staff get slagged off if they don’t pick up shifts. Office staff don’t care about the staff out in the field they just cram calls onto carers with no travel time and they cut down calls to fit them in

really enjoying working for alcedo care.

full support from team members, all clients are lovely and understanding, very rewarding work. the day to day work is completed excellently and all clients are happy.
