Great place to work
Great people, great atmosphere. There's always someone free to ask for advice or help with a task and I always have regular catch ups with my manager, which helps me to understand how I'm doing.

Great set of work colleagues
Nobody knows what they are doing or going from day to day. Chances of progression within the company are very slim and the management team do not really have a clue what they are doing nor do they communicate with each other despite it being a 'family business'. The hardest part of the job is trying to please the bosses which will never happen unless you are a favorite of theirs and the best part of the job is getting onto 'site' and getting some work done.
