If you were to leave Alliance Healthcare, what would be the reason?

It’s really went downhill, I understand I’m lucky to be in employment but if I was younger I would walk as their work ethic and management is truly horrible

The company make a big splash about "employee engagement" and "Investors in People" but it's a joke - as soon as they want to cut costs, or your face doesn't fit anymore, you are either treated badly until you leave it made redundant. This is among the so-called professional staff at Head Office. Most of the Service Centres are even worse.

Favouritism was unbelievable, if they didn't like you , you had no chance in a progress whatsoever, it is like a kindergarden.
Manager on her phones {claiming its a work phone} facebook scrolling non stop...

Unprofessional supervisors, uneducated staff, dangerous work environment and terrible management. Favouritism, non-sense rules, bullying higher ups, no recognition of hard working staff, non-stop lying and lazy colleagues.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS JOB TO ANY PERSON WHOM DOESNT SPEAK POLISH

Poor management at Hinckley

No development prospecs. Managers out of touch with the workforce. Business is run with Skelton staff and when things run over or workload increases the expectation is to stay and finish

Avoid this place. Impossible targets therefore they are forever recruiting staff due to very high turnover, ie sacking staff constantly

Management stressed out all the time take their issues out on easy targets

Bad management always stressed lack of knowledge of their job

The minimum wage pay
