What is the work environment and culture like.

Management are spineless cowards, they act like children in a schoolyard

Horrible imbeciles with as much management skills as a house brick, a manager should be a leader and someone you aspire to be not someone you dread talking to and would never discuss your personal issues with as it would be spread around the depot within an hour.

Favouritism was unbelievable, if they didn't like you , you had no chance in a progress whatsoever, it is like a kindergarden.
Manager on her phones {claiming its a work phone} facebook scrolling non stop...

Unprofessional supervisors, uneducated staff, dangerous work environment and terrible management. Favouritism, non-sense rules, bullying higher ups, no recognition of hard working staff, non-stop lying and lazy colleagues.

Constant blame culture by management and lack of professionalism “I’m alright Jack”attitude

No good t the new team leaders,too arrogant treating you like a slave,never encourage you,even if you are doing the best never respect you as a human or ur work! The managers are good I can recommend
