What would you suggest Alliance Healthcare management do to prevent others from leaving?

Stop favouritism! Listen to what others are saying and stop taking credit for others hard work!!!

Sack HR and get financial services to do an investigation into fraudulent actions from driver team managers reference overtime claims which are never paid. Where does the money go?

Treat people with respect but nothing will ever change I wonder if any senior management actually read this or just ignore it

Remove all DTM’s
Get them to do the job on their own once a month

Give new staff more attention and training

Listen to the drivers because there the face of the company not some so called DTM who’s never done the job trying to tell you how’s it done when he’s never done it themselves

Sack the so called management

Pay proper wages

Give a goodwage
