Despatch Operative/ manufacturing technician in Glasgow
on 16 February 2022
It’s a family affair. Having worked here for several years, I would say recruitment is a joke. The best candidates don’t get the job unless you are a relation to the managers or employees. i.e man know man.( in my local parlance)They put up job adverts just for formalities. They already know the son or daughter of whose manager or employee that would get the job offer.Main reason why company always struggling. Things/ processes not done rightly.

Family and friends workplace
You will fit in well but only if you are family or friends with the management. If you are not you will get treated like dirt !!!! Stay away for the good of your sanity.
